How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Zeroim Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- How you were treated when you called or contacted Zeroim Remodeling
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodel goes wrong, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what was said.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. But Zeroim Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or act for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@zeroim.garden and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Send It
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward we tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
Reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For a problem with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may also help.
