You should know how Zeroim Remodeling works and how it gets paid. This page lays out our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Zeroim Remodeling Is

Zeroim Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not do design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinet or any other remodeling work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Zeroim Remodeling for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at prices the provider sets. Zeroim Remodeling does not offer financing.

Providers Are Separate Businesses

Providers are not employees, agents or partners of Zeroim Remodeling. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, contracts, pricing and payment terms
• The quality and scheduling of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and permits
• How it talks with you and how it behaves

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement. It is not a promise about its work either. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on who is in our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check credentials. Request an itemized written quote. Compare other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked. Some may be recorded, for quality, verification and billing.
